About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced District Operations Senior Manager to support the Sr. Gregg District. This leadership role will directly support and report to Cecil Gregg, overseeing senior district-wide operations and provide strategic and operational support to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior operations role within a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Prior supervisory and operations management experience required; accounting experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership Provide direct supervision and mentorship to District Operations Managers.
  • Participate in hiring, performance evaluation, and training of DOMs and Branch Lead Admins.
  • Offer strategic input on compensation and performance to the Senior District Director.
  • Negotiate with vendors for district events and functions.
  • Project & Initiative Management Serve as liaison between the district and corporate/operational offices for new initiatives.
  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions and Task Force meetings to ensure successful rollout of programs.
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews for District leadership
  • Operational Coordination Partner with Business Operations Specialists (BOS’) to manage calendars, travel logistics, and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare materials for senior-level meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Coordinate executive visits, evening receptions, and senior district events.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight Review and approve expense reports and invoices; may submit reports on behalf of the Senior District Director.
  • Approve supply orders and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Analyze and distribute district reports (e.g., headcount, productivity, revenue, profitability, QA).
  • Support budget planning and forecasting in collaboration with district leadership.
  • Real Estate & Facilities Support Manage real estate transactions including space planning, office openings/closings, and equipment issues.
  • Assist with employee relocations and temporary housing arrangements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure alignment and collaboration with internal business units (PTS, TTS, Strategic Accounts, Protiviti, etc.) on shared initiatives and deliverables.
