About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and organized District Manager to join our team! This position oversees multiple client accounts within an assigned district and supports both employees and customers to ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable and organized
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
Nice To Haves
- Janitorial/cleaning industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple cleaning accounts and teams within the district
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees in your area
- Ensure staff have proper supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- Assist with coverage during call-offs and time-off requests
- Conduct regular quality control walk-throughs
- Train and support employees in procedures and standards
- Maintain strong communication between staff and management
