About The Position

The District Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and holding Store Managers accountable across multiple locations. This role is highly field-focused and plays a critical role in driving execution, foodservice performance, people development, and overall store results. District Managers serve as the primary link between store teams and the Support Center and are expected to lead through visibility, influence, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Multi-unit leadership experience or demonstrated readiness for district-level leadership
  • Strong background in retail, convenience, grocery, or foodservice operations
  • Proven people leadership and coaching ability
  • Strong accountability, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable with direct conversations and performance management
  • Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvement
  • Willingness to travel regularly and be highly visible in stores

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers across an assigned district
  • Spend the majority of time in stores observing execution and following up on results
  • Drive operational standards, food safety, and brand consistency
  • Improve foodservice execution, margins, and waste control
  • Review store-level KPIs and financial performance and turn insights into action
  • Develop talent, address performance gaps, and build strong leadership benches
  • Partner with corporate teams on initiatives, remodels, and operational improvements
  • Communicate expectations clearly and hold leaders accountable
