Soleply is seeking a driven and experienced District Manager / Head of FOH to lead all front-of-house retail operations across our Cherry Hill and King of Prussia locations (currently operating out of Plymouth Meeting until buildout is complete). You are a natural leader, teacher, and communicator who inspires top performance and takes full ownership of store results. In this role, you will oversee store leadership teams, ensure consistent execution of company standards, drive sales and KPIs, and elevate the in-store customer experience.
