About The Position

District Manager – Firehouse Subs (Houston, TX) Lead. Inspire. Grow. Make an Impact. Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, people-focused District Manager to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Houston area. What You’ll Do As our District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your market’s success. Requirements

2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A hands-on, people-first management style
Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
