The DM should lead their team with a commitment to outstanding people leadership, ensuring a strong and focused team. The DM is responsible in driving financial success through proper budget planning, scheduling, expense control and P&L management. The DM leads their team with passion, and integrity, while facing challenges with an optimistic attitude. The DM will work with their leader, district partners and field support partners to grow talent within their district and increase their business footprint. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store operations
Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment
Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through engaged planning, event execution expense control, overtime management, and P&L management.
Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing talent for future bench strength.
Strong communication and service skills to build and maintain relationships with our employees and customers.
Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the company’s driver requirements is required.
