We are looking for a dynamic District Manager to lead our client sales program across the Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) footprint. In this dual-impact role, you will act as the lead strategist and primary sales driver for a specified location, while simultaneously coaching, managing, and inspiring a team of Part-Time Sales Specialists at two additional NFM locations. As the District Manager, you are the bridge between brand strategy and retail execution. You will spend your time on the sales floor, "leading from the front," to drive revenue while developing your team into experts in the client’s product ecosystem.
