As a CRG District Kitchen Lead you will travel to different CRG restaurant locations to assist stores with BOH operations and to fill in for management needs. Serving as CRG’s District Kitchen Lead, your core responsibilities will be to oversee, and develop Back of the House (BOH) staff at assigned stores; as well as assist with food quality and consistency control. Additionally, you will work closely with store leadership to ensure sanitation and safety standards are met across CRG locations. As CRG’s District Kitchen Lead, you will play a critical role in training and coaching BOH staff. You know that proper training and coaching in- the-moment are pivotal to maintaining a positive work culture. Lastly, as CRG Kitchen Lead you will play an integral role in assisting with BOH and FOH cooperation and communication.

  • Overseeing and maintaining safety and sanitation standards
  • Proactively monitoring labor costs with the assistance of the District Kitchen Manager
