Great opportunity with a fast-paced new local concept - Ripple & Company. We are looking for a Kitchen Lead to support our growing business needs. $17/hour-$19/hour starting pay. Work with a fast paced team in an energetic & fun, casual concept on Upper Main Street. Responsibilities
- Knowing all kitchen positions
- Daily food prep
- Safe food handling
- Maintaining food quality at all stages of production
- Assisting the Executive Chef
- Leading catering operations
- Food purchasing
- Monthly i nventory
