Develops, executes, monitors, and evaluates district HRPD strategies and KPIs aligned with district and company priorities, while providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers and leading stakeholder communications and participation in sector HRPD strategic planning. Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding programs needed. Leads recruitment process for senior-level positions . Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and builds strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline. Provides guidance, coaching, and training on all aspects of career management. Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for entry to mid-level positions, including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and/or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination. Leads investigations, including communication/implementation of outcomes/decisions. Assists manager on complex investigations.
