Work with the School Nutrition director to provide nutritious school meals in accordance to USDA standards. Increase scratch cooking at breakfast and lunch. Standardize recipes among all schools. Expand Farm to School program. Work with computerized menu program to provide accurate nutrition/allergy information to families. Train food service staff in district schools. Test new recipes and roll out to schools. Create and maintain social media pages for School Nutrition program.
