About The Position

The District Administrator supports district sales leaders and teams by managing sales processes, reporting, office operations, and local culture initiatives. This role ensures sales efficiency, operational accuracy, and a professional office environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, customer support, or sales administration (sales office experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, MS Teams, Zoom, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Support Train and support district staff on sales processes, tools, and technology.
  • Prepare, review, and submit accurate sales documents and closing packages.
  • Audit sales data and ensure prospect information is complete, accurate, and current.
  • Maintain marketing and sales materials and support corporate campaigns.
  • Sales Leadership Support Manage sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and pipeline reporting.
  • Create and maintain sales activity and performance reports.
  • Support local sales incentives, contests, and tracking.
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, mileage, and expense reports.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of district employees.
  • Organize meetings, agendas, presentations, and AV setup.
  • Office Management Serve as first point of contact for calls and visitors.
  • Manage office records, shipping/receiving, and meeting logistics.
  • Resolve technology issues or coordinate support with IT.
  • Serve as liaison with Corporate Security for badges and office needs.
  • Culture & Corporate Citizenship Lead local volunteer and philanthropy initiatives.
  • Promote corporate citizenship programs and report participation.
