The Senior District Admin- Industrial Services is responsible for managing direct reports in designated territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and procedures. Provide mentoring, training and guidance to direct reports. Ensure accurate execution of process requirements, understanding and adherence to established protocols and procedures, and lead training and implementation of new systems and procedures. Responsible for daily payroll reconciliation, vendor purchase order management, billing/invoicing and monthly financial closeout for assigned branch/area. Manages resolutions of customer escalated issues. Assure customer satisfactions, timely and accurate responses (invoice issues, PO's, DSO, credit/rebills, short pays, difficult customer calls, etc.); resolves escalated inquiries and concerns for internal customers. Lead branches in the financial close process/questions (making sure revenue/cost is accrued, ensuring accuracy of Profit and Loss statements) Work with field on training of new processes and ensure consistent use of all related company systems (Mobile Worksheet, ISP, Workbenches, Onboarding, LMS Modules, etc.) Manages all customer interactions as required (Resolving invoice issues, PO’s, Tax issues, DSO Shortpays, receive incoming calls, etc.) Support Facility and Customer initiatives and events as needed (Large event, New large customer) Travel to struggling branches to monitor improvement and provide options to resolve. Attend corporate meetings as needed.
