Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is thrilled to announce multiple job openings for Distribution Operators at our Freeport, Texas location. This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (“Diamond Infra”) company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. Requirements

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
Ability to work a rotating shift.
Must be 18 years or older.
Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must have a current, valid, United States driver license.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Risk Awareness: Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE to ensure compliance with regulations.
Mechanical Principles: Operate and monitor distribution equipment efficiently and accurately.
Detail Oriented: The ability to identify equipment requiring maintenance, clear and tag equipment, and issue Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work.
Communication: Communicate effectively and work cooperatively to optimize processes.
Adaptability: Adjust to rotating shifts, overtime, and changing operational needs.
Wear safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, and steel-toed shoes.
Wear and use respirators.
Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
Work in tight or closed-in spaces.
Climb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground.
Stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Frequent lifting of material weighing approximately 55 lbs.
This role does involve elevated work greater than or equal to four feet above the ground.
Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300lbs. (This typically accommodates individuals who weigh 285 or less).
