Distribution Operations Coordinator TEMP: Leica Camera is seeking to identify candidates for an Distribution Operations Coordinator position at our U.S. Corporate Office in Teaneck, NJ. Requirements

Proficiency in Excel is required.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Quick learner.
High School Diploma required
Must have authorization to work in the U.S

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP a plus.
advanced degree in applicable field a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily outbound shipping and distribution activities across various sales channels (retail, e-commerce, B2B).
Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Management) and external logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
Provide administrative support for freight claims, documentation, and vendor communications
Provide support to the Director of Distribution to manage 3PL suppliers.
Monitor ASN for EDI Customers.
Responsible for follow-up of EDI-related inquiries and issues.
Manage e-mails from both internal/external customers.
Provide phone support to internal/external customers.
Provide support to exports on compliance with shipments to Canada.
Provided general support to logistics and distribution projects.
