Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Distribution Coordinator. The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of clinical supply distribution across customer portfolio The Role: Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial material to clinical sites; including coordinating with Import / Export Coordinator and Distribution Project Coordinator with international order processing and documentation preparation. Process orders, assemble folders (on-site and offshore generated). Audit folders for accuracy against customer requests and source documentation; including ensure coding for billing is accurate Run business Intelligence reports to understand schedule pipeline. Support same day, 24 hour, 48 hour, bulk, sample, Just-in-Time order requests. Responsible for 95% completion of work to floor the day before and adhere to shift processing expectations set by supervisor. Anticipate and rectify distribution problems (operational, system, process, technology). Coordinate with Distribution Project Coordinators and distribution execution group (Material Handlers, Shipping Associates) to resolve operational and document related issues. Enter Right First Time data entries to track and trend downtime codes. Maintain distribution group mailbox and associated documentation in alignment with GxP standards. Support / Review Commercial (proforma) Invoice templates in conjunction with Distribution Project Coordinators. Support investigations and resolve customer issues related to distribution. Requirements

  • High School Degree required with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a cGMP regulated environment is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • ERP system experience; JD Edwards preferred
