Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Distribution Coordinator. The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of clinical supply distribution across customer portfolio

Requirements

  • High School Degree required with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • ERP system experience; JD Edwards preferred
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a cGMP regulated environment is preferred.

  • Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial material to clinical sites; including coordinating with Import / Export Coordinator and Distribution Project Coordinator with international order processing and documentation preparation.
  • Process orders, assemble folders (on-site and offshore generated).
  • Audit folders for accuracy against customer requests and source documentation; including ensure coding for billing is accurate
  • Run business Intelligence reports to understand schedule pipeline.
  • Support same day, 24 hour, 48 hour, bulk, sample, Just-in-Time order requests.
  • Responsible for 95% completion of work to floor the day before and adhere to shift processing expectations set by supervisor.
  • Anticipate and rectify distribution problems (operational, system, process, technology).
  • Coordinate with Distribution Project Coordinators and distribution execution group (Material Handlers, Shipping Associates) to resolve operational and document related issues.
  • Enter Right First Time data entries to track and trend downtime codes.
  • Maintain distribution group mailbox and associated documentation in alignment with GxP standards.
  • Support / Review Commercial (proforma) Invoice templates in conjunction with Distribution Project Coordinators.
  • Support investigations and resolve customer issues related to distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned
