We are currently recruiting for a full-time Distribution Coordinator to join our team! This position provides logistics, inventory management, and customer service support to all facets of the Deschutes Brewery supply chain including Distributor Partners, 3rd Party Logistics providers, Deschutes Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Operations Teams.

Requirements

2 years of experience as an ERP user with ability to learn the Just Foods ERP platform
Understanding of demand planning process and inventory management
Proficiency MS Office Suite
Proactive problem-solving ability
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced, multi-tasking setting

Nice To Haves

Understanding of Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Logistics workflows
Bachelor's Degree with course work related to duties, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management
Supply Chain Management certification (APICs or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Distributors and Deschutes Brewery Sales Team to facilitate the fulfillment of Sales Orders
Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including distribution, sales, warehouse and brewing production
Utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) to monitor inventory levels and work with distributors and sales to maintain target inventory on hand
Troubleshoot logistics issues including truck delays, production backlogs, and inventory shortages
Create weekly outbound truck schedule based on Sales Orders and inventory availability
