We are excited to build out the leadership team for our new DC located in Carlisle, PA and have both Inbound and Outbound Supervisor opportunities available! The Distribution Center Supervisor leads inbound and outbound operations with a strong focus on people, safety, and teamwork. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for developing and supporting a team of associates by creating a safe, respectful, and productive work environment. The Supervisor coaches performance, reinforces quality standards, and helps the team work efficiently to deliver on customer commitments.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, receiving/shipping procedures, and order fulfillment.
Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning technology.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds as part of a team lift.
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations including receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away of goods, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
Ensure all outbound orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet performance and safety goals.
Monitor workflow and adjust labor as needed to meet operational demands.
Collaborate with inventory control, inbound, and transportation teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping documentation.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track productivity and resolve issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Execute and deliver daily reports and updates to the Operations Manager.
