You’ll be accountable for daily execution and performance—service levels, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and cost control. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, partner with key departments to improve workflows, and help modernize warehouse systems and technology as the company grows. Success in this role means building stronger operating discipline, improving service and reliability, and creating scalable processes and systems that support growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations; HVAC or industrial distribution experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing multi-location operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP or WMS improvement initiatives; Infor SX/CSD experience is a plus.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the company.
  • Practical and organized leader who can influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
  • Service-oriented approach to supporting internal teams, branch partners, and customers.
  • Strong business acumen, natural curiosity and desire to understand root causes before implementing change.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and engaged in day-to-day operations.
  • Clear communicator with strong change management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure organized, safe, and efficient facilities across all locations by maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and enforcing strong layout, visual management and 5S standards.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to improve throughput, accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Promote a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and practical problem solving.
  • Drive improvements in warehouse technology and systems, including WMS capabilities, RF tools, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Inside Sales, to manage customer requests and priorities with a focus on cost-effective and timely solutions.
