Position Summary Ava is seeking to hire a part-time Distributed Energy Resources ( DER) Analytics Intern to join our growing Analytics team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Analytics and Machine Learning. This role is ideal for someone excited about working with distributed energy resource (DER) data, supporting program operations, data science, and building scalable analytics pipelines. The Intern will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Analytics and Salesforce, and Local Development to support Ava’s portfolio of DER programs, including managed smart home charging, EV charging infrastructure (Ava Charge), smart home battery and eBikes. This is a paid, part-time internship scheduled for two days per week (16 hours total). The internship is expected to begin in January 2026 and continue through June 2026.
