Join Oshkosh Aerotech as a Dispatcher, where you will work with onsite maintenance teams and efficiently schedule technicians to maximize operational resources. You'll manage incoming work orders, maintain accurate records within the CMMS, and act as the primary liaison between customers and vendors. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent .
• Valid Driver’s License .
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• 2+ years of related experience in customer service or dispatching
• Availability to work day or n ight shift including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in airport operations.
• 2+ years of related experience with data entry, scheduling workloads, and processing work orders
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills .
• Basic proficiency with computers and common software applications .

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service needs with onsite maintenance teams.
• Handle phone inquiries, enter work orders, and maintain accurate CMMS records.
• Schedule technicians efficiently, maximizing resource utilization .
• Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors.
• Generate operational reports and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Comply with company safety protocols and collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.
