About The Position

WE Transport Inc. Part Time School Bus Dispatcher (Special Needs Transportation) We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven School Bus Dispatcher to join our expanding special-needs transportation team. This role is central to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service for the students and families we support. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Must become a Certified Bus Monitor within 30 days
  • Must obtain a CDL within the first year

Nice To Haves

  • preferred transportation or dispatch experience

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch drivers for home to school, career and tech shuttles and charter work
  • Communicate with drivers and bus monitors via two way radio
  • Support management in preparing and maintaining daily schedules, accurate billing and operational data
  • Assist supervisors, families, districts and staff with timely information and issue resolution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
