Responsibilities

• Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
• Monitor performance of Service Technicians
• Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
• Understand sales goals & hold team accountable
• Ensuring the right technician is scheduled on the right service
• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
• Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information
