A Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) at Swick is responsible for providing logistical support to our field personnel and assure all customer commitments are met. They are also great at having a sense of urgency, maintaining schedules, and giving every detail great attention.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledgeable on current processes and procedures, promotions, coupons, and any other necessary information
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
- Flexibility to move between tasks based on business need and balance competing priorities
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Make sure the right technicians get to the right jobs on time, prepared, and informed
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional, memorable image
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, and survey existing and potential customers
- Maximize opportunities through dispatching processes and adhering to the company expectations and goals
- Support for overflow from Customer Service Representatives
