Our client in the facilities services industry is looking for a Dispatcher to add to their team in Federal Way, WA. Requirements

1+ years of scheduling, route dispatching, or logistics coordination experience required
Excellent customer service skills required
Proficiency with office software required

Responsibilities

Oversee daily schedules and route dispatching with a focus on efficiency
Build, adjust, and optimize service routes based on staffing availability, geography and customer needs
Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and service issues
Coordinate with field technicians to review routes, identify gaps, and make real-time adjustments
Monitor account performance, support retention strategies, and proactively identify and address risks to strengthen long-term client partnerships
Provide high-volume phone/email customer support
Maintain accurate client records, including service notes, agreements, and customer communications
Utilize GPS, dispatching tools, and internal systems to improve productivity
