About The Position

You would guide and assist drivers by assigning and planning loads, ensuring pickups and deliveries are on time, and communicate in a timely efficient manner. Monday-Friday from 5:00pm-2:30am This position would be required to work every 5th weekend in Operations (½ day Saturday and ½ day Sunday)
Requirements
- Assign and plan loads to drivers
- Ensure on time pick ups and deliveries to meet our Customer’s needs
- Assist Fleet and Area Managers
- Ensure Driver safety, including DOT compliance, safe working conditions, and maintaining TNi Standards & Policies
- Guide and assist drivers with load drop off & pick up, fuel needs, breakdowns, needs for roadside assistance, repairs, etc.
- Assist Drivers with inquiries in regards to availability, mileage, fuel cards, payroll, cash advances, home time requests, and other obstacles throughout the day
- Implement the Company Fuel Policy, including assisting Drivers with calls to turn Fuel Cards on
- Assist and communicate with Brokers on Freight needs
- Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
