Assist with tracking, compiling, adjusting, updating, assigning, notifying and/or reconciling all district requested trips for bus driver(s) which may include any necessary documentation for payment or reimbursement. Ensure an appropriate trip folder is available for assigned driver(s) to include all documents, keys and/or passes to complete trip(s). Assist with creating, tracking, updating, implementing and/or inputting bus routes. Provide professional communication via two-way radio between office and driver(s). Ensure student health alerts are updated, maintained and accurate for transportation needs. Participate in District meetings to communicate information and gain feedback and/or direction on a variety of issues. Maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure availability of required items. Distribute documents and materials to appropriate staff, students and/or parents. Answer phones including support for other departments, taking messages, responding to voicemails and/or forwarding calls. Perform clerical duties to assist in the daily activities for the building and administrator(s). Assists with supervision of students to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
