About The Position

Responsible for drivers, coordinating and supporting the delivery of finished cabinets by communicating with drivers, internal departments, suppliers, contractors, dealers, and customers to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient deliveries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Leads, manages and holds our delivery and warehouse employees accountable. Coordinates with plant production, sales, and delivery personnel to establish and arrange delivery schedules based on truck capacity, distance to delivery site, and unloading requirements. Coordinates daily delivery routes and maintains communication with drivers to expedite deliveries. Locates missing, misrouted, delayed, or damaged merchandise and takes appropriate corrective action. Reschedules deliveries when necessary and communicates changes to all affected parties. Keeps all departments and customers informed of delivery status and trip progress. Responds to customer and dealer inquiries, resolves complaints, and provides follow-up as needed. Performs general clerical and administrative duties related to delivery operations. Provides dealer service support, including assembling, distributing, and coordinating starter kits, stain samples, and catalogs. Maintains an understanding of Department of Transportation rules and regulations. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
