About The Position

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager DEPT: Public Safety POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor radio and phone traffic and dispatch operational personnel as needed to support park operations. Make routine all-call announcements communicating park attendance, ride operations, ride statuses, downtime, weather updates, and other pertinent operational information. Document ride downtime, incidents, and operational notes in Mobaro and ensure accurate and timely entries. Monitor and track completion of operational checklists and ride ridership reporting. Inventory, issue, and track radios, keys, and other operational park assets. Serve as a communication link between Operations leadership and frontline operational teams. Answer guest and team member questions in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Maintain a positive work environment through respectful and professional interaction with guests, team members, and management. Comply with all Morgan’s Wonderland policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Perform additional operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in an independent, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
