About The Position
Murray County is taking applications for a Temporary Full Time Dispatcher/Jailer. The 911 dispatcher/jailor must be available to work a combination of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Position open until filled, first review of applications will be April 21, 2026 This purpose of this position is to provide Dispatch services to Murray County First Responders. Dispatchers enjoy a 7 on 7 off schedule, with every other weekend off. Come work in a fun fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a combination of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
- Must be proficient in English.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
