Responsibilities

You’ll coordinate service calls, assigning jobs to technicians, and optimizing schedules for efficient operations.
Our dispatchers communicate with customers, address their needs, and manage expectations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
This role also involves following up on unsold technician recommendations, providing logistical support to technicians and utilizing dispatching software for routing and communication.
Our offices are open Monday-Saturday.
This is a Monday through Friday schedule that includes rotation of Saturday (8AM-5PM) coverage.
