Responsibilities
- You’ll coordinate service calls, assigning jobs to technicians, and optimizing schedules for efficient operations.
- Our dispatchers communicate with customers, address their needs, and manage expectations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- This role also involves following up on unsold technician recommendations, providing logistical support to technicians and utilizing dispatching software for routing and communication.
- Our offices are open Monday-Saturday.
- This is a Monday through Friday schedule that includes rotation of Saturday (8AM-5PM) coverage.
