Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Understanding of best practices and procedures for high stress situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to work well under pressure
