Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator
About The Position
Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Coordinator/Dispatcher in Salt Lake City, Utah. Duties will include: scheduling the appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for numerous construction projects; providing clients with high quality customer service; communicating the clients' needs to our field staff; inputting data into our scheduling software; preparing field files for staff; compiling daily field reports; providing administrative support to project managers. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- proficient in MS Word and Excel
- very detail oriented with excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
- able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- able to work both independently and as a team member
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the construction industry (or concrete supply, emergency response, HVAC, or similar fast-paced environment)
