Requirements
- A strong background in Warehouse transportation operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred
- 2+ years of warehouse transportation management or supervisory experience preferred
- Prior routing experience a plus
- Material Handling Equipment Certification and a valid Class CDL is a plus
- Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
- Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team
- Demonstrate competencies in Dispatch Track, High Jump, and Trilogy
Responsibilities
- Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
- Oversee and direct morning dispatch of 9 - 15 DOT Drivers
- Administer payroll for 9 - 15 drivers
- Direct drivers in daily duties and responsibilities
- Liaison between sales and logistics
- Establish daily delivery priorities
- Coordinate fleet repairs
