In this role, you’ll serve as the central command hub—coordinating service requests across maintenance and guest experience to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service—preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with dispatching systems, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming service requests from multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Identify and address delays or service gaps to ensure timely resolution
  • Prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency, request type, and team availability
  • Ensure all service requests are handled efficiently and meet guest satisfaction standards
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of requests, assignments, and completion status
  • Coordinate closely with maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and leadership teams
  • Communicate directly with guests to gather details, provide updates, and confirm satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure all issues are fully resolved
