The Dispatch Support Specialist (DSS) supports daily operations in the Dispatch and Call Center department by providing coverage where needed and helping keep workflows consistent. This role follows established processes, assists with real-time needs, and supports overall team performance and customer experience. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or call center operations.
  • Shift Coverage Flexibility.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceTitan experience preferred.
  • Home service industry experience helpful.
  • Strong understanding of customer service workflows and scheduling fundamentals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational awareness.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple functions.
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily dispatch and call center operations, including coverage during PTO, staffing gaps, and high-demand periods.
  • Assist with scheduling, dispatch flow, and maintaining an organized, efficient board.
  • Ensure accurate call setup and match the right technician to each job.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and issue resolution.
