In this role, the Dispatch Support Specialist will work closely with dispatchers, the operations leader and drivers to manage data and information flow between the business, its drivers and its customers. Requirements

• High school degree required
• 2+ years of customer service, operations support or equivalent position in a professional work environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results
• Passionate about safety and customer experience
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation

Nice To Haves

• Background in transportation, logistics or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter transportation orders and all necessary information provided by customers
• Manage transportation orders and status information between Auto Driveaway’s systems and information/reporting platform used by its customers/drivers
• Support dispatch team with ensuring accuracy and timeliness of status updates and key event dates in the transportation lifecycle
• Assist with communication to/from customers, drivers and other stakeholders
• Compile and manage reports, as directed by the operations team
• Provide administrative support to dispatch and sales teams to manage data and information flow
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
• Collaborate on additional tasks and projects as required
