Requirements

• 5+ years logistics/transportation/dispatch management
• Experience with dedicated freight (required)
• Strong knowledge of Western & Central NY, PA, OH, Canada, and the Northeast
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and routing for a 30-truck fleet (drivers + yard jockeys)
• Coordinate operations with on-site supervisor + PM dispatcher
• Ensure service excellence for high-profile customers
• Maintain DOT/regulatory compliance
• Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed
