The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for leading the teams responsible for scheduling technicians, internal and external (subcontractors) to successfully complete service requests to customer satisfaction. The main purpose is to maximize productivity of the Field Service Technicians considering efficiency and using cost control. Reviewing service calls to determine the most qualified technician needed to complete request. Manage all processes and procedures surrounding service work orders to adhere to Service Level Agreements and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Follow up with teams to ensure satisfactory completion and properly document processes upon completion. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for monitoring and providing guidance to leads and the teams of Dispatch/Resolutions/Subcontracting areas.
