Dispatch/ HVAC Install Coordinator

What you'll do as our Dispatcher/HVAC Install Coordinator: Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installation schedules Dispatch service and install teams based on availability, job scope, location, and priority Monitor job progress and adjust schedules for delays, emergencies, and changes Communicate with customers regarding arrival windows, updates, and expectations Maintain accurate job and customer data in ServiceTitan Prioritize same-day, emergency, and install-related scheduling needs Work closely with CSRs, install managers, and leadership to meet daily production goals Support field teams with scheduling logistics and job coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years of dispatch experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services required
- Strong understanding of install scheduling and field operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and internal coordination)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software preferred
- Team-focused mindset and strong accountability
