About The Position

We’re hiring an Install Dispatch & Logistics Manager to own daily scheduling, routing, and completion of installation jobs. This role is ideal for professionals coming from logistics, dispatch, last-mile delivery, or route-based operations . You’ll manage crews the way delivery leaders manage drivers—ensuring every stop is completed, every job is closed, and every dollar is collected. If you’ve ever owned the last stop, last dollar —this role will click immediately.

Requirements

• Logistics or dispatch managers
• Last-mile delivery or routing supervisors
• Appliance, equipment, or in-home install operations
• Field operations professionals with route ownership
• Anyone who’s managed drivers, technicians, or crews

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch multiple install crews daily
• Manage routes, ETAs, and workload balancing
• Monitor job status and completion in real time
• Resolve delays, bottlenecks, and missed expectations
• Communicate continuously via Slack and CRM tools
• Ensure 100% job close-out, documentation, and payment collection
