About The Position

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
standards for all kitchen and dining wares by using manual cleaning methods and
operating dishwashing equipment. This position will work in the evening shift,
supporting the kitchen team in ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient
environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machinery to wash and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, dishes, and glasses.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, countertops, floors, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness during and after service.
• Help with other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
