Your Impact: Precision & Sanitation You are responsible for the cleanliness of our kitchens and the professional handling of our service-ware across all resort outlets.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18+
Current Food Handler's Certificate required.
Basic oral and written communication skills in English to follow instructions and interact with the team.
Maintain resort grooming standards and wear required slip-and-oil-resistant safety footwear.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in the dish room, kitchen aisles, and back dock areas.
Expertly break down trays, operate the dish machine, and wash, sort, and store all china, glass, and silver using approved luxury procedures.
Thoroughly clean dock areas, dumpsters, freight elevators, tile walls, and baseboards to meet 4-Diamond standards.
Break down, clean, and reassemble dish machines daily; ensure all breakdown tables and workstations are spotless.
Manage trash removal, including washing containers inside and out to ensure a pest-free and fresh environment.
