Our Culinary and Stewarding team plays a critical role in maintaining the pristine standards that define our luxury property. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Steward (Dishwasher) to join our team. Requirements

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen workspaces
Ensure proper storage of clean items according to hotel standards
Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown of boxes
Support culinary team with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
Help keep banquet and restaurant operations running smoothly
