Your work helps support every department in Nutrition Services and keeps operations flowing day after day.

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to stay on task
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleaning and safety standards
• Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet throughout the shift
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Willing to complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification within 6 months

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in food service or sanitation (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial dish machines and hand-washing equipment
• Sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and meal service items
• Maintaining a clean, organized dish room and work area
• Breaking down, cleaning, and reassembling dish machines and equipment
• Keeping trash, recycling, and compost areas cleaned and emptied
• Stocking clean dishes and serviceware for kitchen and trayline teams
• Following strict food safety and sanitation practices
• Assisting with general kitchen cleaning as needed
