Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: Able to follow procedures and maintain high sanitation standards.
• Team Player: Works well with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Physically Capable: Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptable & Reliable: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs.
• Safety-Focused: Understands proper handling of cleaning chemicals and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate an automated dishwasher or manually wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing both dirty and clean items.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe dishwashing station.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Kitchen & Team Support: Assist with cleaning kitchen areas and food prep tasks as assigned by management.
• Help transport clean dishware to appropriate areas for use by kitchen and waitstaff.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on best practices.
• Provide assistance to other resort departments as needed.
