We are actively seeking a talented & motivated mortgage Disclosure Analyst I who will assist a team of loan officers and loan processors in everyday mortgage lending duties.

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in a mortgage operations position (preferred)
Encompass loan origination system experience (preferred)
Knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements (preferred)
Working knowledge of RESPA “Change in Circumstances”, including: Valid vs. Invalid changed circumstances reasons (preferred)
Conventional and Government loan experience (preferred)
Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy and organization
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
Associate's degree required, 4-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance before sending out initial closing disclosures and Loan Estimates
Prepare initial and revised Loan Estimates and confirm fees and pricing are accurate
Monitor Change of Circumstance requests and ensure re-disclosures comply and issued within required timeframes
Maintain efficient levels of service and comply with regulatory timelines associated with the completion and dissemination of loan disclosure
Perform other duties as required and assigned
