Position Overview: The Branch Disclosure Specialist supports the Pleasanton, CA office of CrossCountry Mortgage. The Branch Disclosure Specialist is responsible for reviewing and producing the disclosures and delivering the document to consumers. This position has daily contact with Loan Originators, Processors, Closers, Closing Agents, and Consumers to ensure accurate and timely disclosures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with RESPA/TRID.
Experience in the mortgage industry.
Knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

FHA/VA/USDA knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures within 3 days of application or Change of Circumstance.
Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations.
Upload Disclosures to Encompass.
Review Compliance Review, revise any changes to obtain a pass.
Review for HPML, Safe Harbor and Rebuttable Presumption.
Answer Disclosure emails timely and accurately.
Communicate with all partners including Sales, Processing, Closing and Underwriting as needed.
